2026 Owner Access Parking Decals & Owner Bar Codes
It has come to our attention that some homeowners did not receive their decal applications this year for cars and golf carts. The forms are available on this website to download and print. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
For the year 2027 homeowners will receive an email notification when the forms will be available to download, print and mail in for your decals. You will not receive them in the mail.
All vehicles parked on the Plantation must display either a current owner access parking decal or a hang tag issued by the security staff. All vehicles displaying an owner bar code must have the current year owner access parking decal affixed to the INSIDE of the driver's side windshield. Please note that parking decals and bar codes are vehicle specific.
Each unit NOT Owner will receive 2 FREE Owner Access Parking Decals for 2026. If you register one vehicle, you will receive one decal. Your unit may purchase three (3) additional Owner Access Parking Decals for a maximum of five per unit NOT owner. Additional Owner Access Parking Decals cost $35 each.
Each unit NOT Owner is permitted a maximum of five (5) Owner Bar Codes. Owner bar codes are optional and may be purchased at a cost of $60 each. If your unit currently has the maximum number of bar codes, no additional owner bar codes may be purchased. Bar codes carry over from year to year. The software on the owners' gate bar code readers enables the Association to delete bar codes when a Kingston property is sold, when an owner purchases a new vehicle, etc. We cannot guarantee the life cycle of the bar codes, due to weather, chemicals, and other exterior influences. Please note that bar codes are not pre-programmed in the system and that it may take up to five (5) business days for a bar code to be activated and open the homeowner gates.
To receive 2026 Owner Access Parking Decals, purchase additional Parking Decals or purchase Owner Bar Codes, please print, legibly complete and mail the request form. Please be sure to complete the form in full legibly; license plate information must be included. Upon receipt of your completed form and payment (if applicable), we will mail you the requested decals. Purchases made in the Association office may only be paid for with a check or credit / debit card. We can no longer accept cash payments. Incomplete forms will be returned for completion. We do not retain your vehicle/personal information on file.
A separate mailing will be going out within the next 30 days for the 2026 golf cart stickers.
