For Contractors

All persons and Companies providing services of any type (i.e. construction, repair, cleaning, management, etc.) on Kingston Plantation are required to display a valid Contractor decal on their vehicle's windshield on the OUTSIDE, in the TOP right corner or display a Contractor Day Pass Hang Tag visibly hanging off your rearview mirror.  Contractor decals and Day Pass Hang Tags are vehicle and driver specific. Decals and Day Pass Hang Tags are non-transferable or refundable.  Decals will NOT be replaced for free for broken windshields or lost decals. You must purchase a new decal. 

It is your responsibility to obtain a 2026 Contractor decal or day pass, prior to attempting entry onto the Plantation. Contractors not displaying on the windshield the decal or day pass hang tag will be denied access to the Plantation. Decals and day passes may be purchased in the KPMA office located in Suite H of the Market Place, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. - 12 Noon and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Final customer at 3:45 p.m. 

** Starting November 1, 2025 **, Day Passes can be purchased for $10.00 a day (Credit/Debit Card or check made out to KPMA). Day Passes cannot be purchased in advance and must be purchased daily at the KPMA office. ** 

The cost for 2026 Contractor decals: 

• 1 to 15 decals - $50 each 
• 16 or more purchased at the same time - $40 each 
• Day Pass Hang Tag - $10.00 per day/vehicle

To qualify for the reduced rate all decals must be purchased and picked up at the same time.

To obtain 2026 Contractor Decals or Day Passes, please: 

• Legibly complete and return the decal request form (on the reverse side of this letter) 
• Provide a copy of your valid Photo Driver's License 
• Provide a copy of your valid Vehicle Registration 
• Provide a copy of your valid Vehicle Insurance Identification Card 
• Remit payment for decal(s) requested - Credit/Debit Card or Check made payable to KPMA.        Our office no longer accepts cash payments. 

Contractor decals and Day Passes will NOT be issued without all of the above required documentation and payment. At any time, Contractor Decals may be revoked for expired documentation or failure to abide by Plantation speed limits, parking rules and Contractor rules. No warnings will be issued.
