Plantation Rules & Regulations

GENERAL

·        Parking decals or hang tags must be displayed at all times while on the Plantation.

·        Obey all Plantation signage and speed limits.

·        Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, trailers and all recreational conveyances are prohibited.

·        The use of skateboards, hover boards and drones is prohibited.

·        The display of temporary banners or signage is prohibited.

·        Grilling is prohibited.

·        Littering, solicitation and distribution of promotional material are prohibited.

·        Drunk or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.

·        House parties or excessive noise is prohibited.

Fireworks and Laser Lights

·        Fireworks and laser lights are prohibited on the Plantation and the beach.

Balconies, Decks, Patios and Porches

·        Hanging of towels, garments or other objects on unit balconies, decks, patios or porches is strictly prohibited.

Swimming Pools

·        Swimming pools located at specific properties are for the use of owners and guests staying within that property.

·        The Oceanfront Pool and the St. James Pool are for the use of all Kingston Plantation owners and guests.

·        Obey all posted swimming pool signage and rules.

·        Glass is not permitted in any pool areas.

·        Children must be supervised at all times.

·        Pets are not permitted in the pool area at any time.

 Lakes and Lawn Areas

·        Swimming is prohibited.

·        Fishing is prohibited at Kingston Lake and Canterbury Lake.

·        Hitting golf balls is prohibited.

Pets and Wildlife

·        Only commonly recognized household pets are permitted at Kingston Plantation.

·        All dogs must be on a leash while on the Plantation.

·        Pet owners must clean up after their dogs, it’s the Law.

·        Do not feed the natural wildlife on the Plantation.

Parking Areas and Roadways

·        Parking located at and around each building is provided for owners and guests staying within that property.

·        Loading areas are to be used for loading and unloading of vehicle contents. Time limits will be enforced.

·        Obey all parking signage and markings. Violations may result in vehicles being towed at the owner’s expense.

Golf Carts

·        All golf carts must adhere to the Golf Cart Rules & Regulations plus the Rules for Golf Cart Operation.

·        All golf carts must be properly registered with a valid KPMA decal displayed and Operator Rules attached to the cart.
